Thursday evening about 7:30 Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty responded to a crash near Western Avenue and North Street.
The driver, 19 year old Ruth Sofia of Plymouth was taken into custody for Operator Never Licensed after being involved in a property damage accident.
