Project based LearningApplications for Project Based Learning (PBL) classroom environments in the Plymouth School Corporation (PCSC) for the 2017-2018 school year will open this Sunday, February 12, at 4:00 p.m. on the corporation’s website:

Parents can apply for their child or children to attend the following Washington Discovery Academy, the elementary PBL school for kids in grades kindergarten through 4th grade; the Innovation Academy at Riverside Intermediate School for students in grades 5 and 6;  the Innovation Academy at Lincoln Junior High School for kids in grades 7 and 8; and at the Weidner School of Inquiry inside Plymouth High School for learners in grades 9 through 10.

Project Based Learning is an alternative instructional approach that is characterized by hands-on learning that engages students and presents them with opportunities to connect their learning with the world around them.

Applications are open to students in grades K-10. Current Plymouth Community School Corporation Project Based Learning students do not need to apply.
