ArrestedJared Knapp, 22 from Plymouth and Stephanie Nifong, 24 from Tyner were arrested by Officer Paul Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department on Sunday, February 5th following a call of a possible domestic battery in the public parking lot at Water and Washington Streets.

City officers responded to the scene about 6:15 in the morning and made contact with the two individuals.  An investigation was conducted and both were arrested for Domestic Battery and Public Intoxication.  Knapp was held on a $1,500 cash bond while Nifong was held on a $3,000 cash bond.  Both are scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on February 28th.
