MugShot_Craig Baker (1)County police arrested a Plymouth man early Sunday morning after the officer observed his erratic driving on US 30 in the area of Union Road.

About 12:50 Officer Wozniak was on routine patrol and witnessed a 2000 GMC pick-up truck drive off the roadway and into the median of US 30.

The truck was able to drive back onto the roadway, and at that point Officer Wozniak conducted a traffic stop. The driver of the pickup truck, 54 year old Craig Baker of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content over three times the legal limit. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
