An accident led to the arrest of a Kokomo man on Saturday night.
Plymouth Officer Matthew Emenhiser was dispatched to the intersection of Pioneer and US 30 to investigate an accident with injury. Emenhiser discovered that Keith Nelson,53, of Kokomo was operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail
