On Thursday January 19, at approximately 11:20 p.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 just west of US 31. It was determined that the driver, 30 year old Stephany Ferren from Peru was impaired.
Ferren was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person with a Prior Charge, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
