Sheriff_SUVOfficer Wozniak with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Sunday, January 15th in the parking lot of Advance Auto in Plymouth just before midnight.

The driver of a red 2000 Pontiac Sunfire, 18 year old Christopher Rice of Plymouth was found to be Operating Without ever receiving a driver’s License.

Christopher Rice was also found to have an active warrant through Marshall County.  He was taken to the Marshall County Jail on the Failure to Appear warrant with a $189  cash bond and the new charge of Operating Without a License and a $500 cash bond.
