warrant-servedTwo arrest warrants were served on Monday by Plymouth Police Officer John Weir.

About 8:30 Officer Weir was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department for a subject with an active warrant.  57 year old Timothy Angle of Rochester was taken into custody for a Probation Violation and booked into the Marshall County Jail with no bond.

At 11:30 Monday morning officer observed 31 year old Nikolas Lozzi of Plymouth in a vehicle and knew there was a warrant for his arrest through Starke County.

Officer Weir stopped the vehicle at Adams and 5th Streets and took Lozzi into custody.  He was held in the Marshall County for Starke County.
