plymouthplan_patyodersplitTuesday night the Plymouth Plan Commission approved the request of Nikki Yoder, representing the Patricia Yoder estate to create a two lot subdivision.

The two lot subdivision would be splitting off the homestead from the 18 plus acres of agricultural land behind it.  A 50 foot easement from 11th Road is included in the split.

With no questions from the public the Plymouth Plan Commission approved the split.

plymouthplan_patyoder_houseYoder will now head to the County Plan Commission for approval since the property is within the city’s 2-mile jurisdiction.

In other business the Plymouth Plan Commission reorganized for the new year.  They voted to retain the current officers: Doug Feece as President, Greg Compton as Vice President and Fred Webster as Secretary.  They will meet the 1st Tuesday of each month in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7 p.m. except on July 4th when the meeting will be moved to the 5th.

The Plan Commission also appointed Fred Webster, Jim Sherwood and Doug Feece to the (TRC) Technical Review Committee and Feece as liaison to the County Plan Commission.
