A speeding driver on US 30 near Iris Road was arrested Friday, December 30th about 9:45 in the evening after a county police officer stopped his vehicle.
It was determined that the driver, 45 year old Jorge Guzman of Fort Wayne was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was arrested and lodged into the Marshall County Jail.
