Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of North Michigan Street last Friday for a reported three vehicle accident.
Officer Matt Emenhiser began an investigation and discovered 67 year old Barbara Richards of Plymouth was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Richards was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with the traffic accident and Operating While Intoxicated.
