A complaint to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Friday afternoon, December 16th resulted in the arrest of a Culver man.
County Police Officer Les McFarland was dispatched to the 15,000 block of Yorkshire Drive at 1:00 p.m.
During his investigation it was believed that the 21-year old unwanted guest was having a sexual relationship with a 15-year old girl. The 21-year old unwanted guest was identified as Dylan J. Campbell.
Campbell was arrested for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor and held on a $10,000 cash bond.
A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review.
