Friday afternoon about 4, Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser was dispatched to the Plymouth Walmart on North Oak Drive for a report of a subject driving recklessly in the parking lot and yelling.
The officer located 26 year old Justin Leohmer of Culver and began an investigation. During the investigation it was learned that Leohmer had an active warrant in Marshall County. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held with no bond for the failure to appear warrant.
