warrantFriday afternoon about 4, Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser was dispatched to the Plymouth Walmart on North Oak Drive for a report of a subject driving recklessly in the parking lot and yelling.

The officer located 26 year old Justin Leohmer of Culver and began an investigation.  During the investigation it was learned that Leohmer had an active warrant in Marshall County.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held with no bond for the failure to appear warrant.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
