On Friday December 16, at approximately 9:30 in the evening an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Glen Overmyer Drive near Olive Trail.
It was determined that the driver, 35 year old Kristen Fritter of Plymouth was intoxicated. She was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% or more.
