Bremen Police Office Jared Siple arrested a North Manchester man on Wednesday, December 14th.
Michael Warren was arrested near the intersection of South and Washington Streets for Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Possession of paraphernalia.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond and given a January 24th date for his initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
