The Culver-Union Township Public Library is pleased to announce the return of their Adult Winter Reading Program. “Book Your Winter Reading Getaway” is the theme of the 2017 Adult Winter Reading Program. Adults of all ages are encouraged to participate in the 2017 Adult Winter Reading Program, which will run from Tuesday, January 3rd, 2017 to Friday, February 24th, 2017.
Anyone interested in participating can begin signing up on or after January 3rd to receive a reading log and book review forms. Participants can earn 5 points for each book or audiobook read/listened to, 5 points for each book review (at least 200 words) submitted, and 5 points for each library sponsored adult program or book club attended during the months of January and February. With your permission, book reviews may be published online & in print in our newsletter, The Maxinkuckee Reed.
We have 2 book clubs to choose from including CUTPL’s new book club, Fresh Picked, and anyone is welcome to join! Grand prizes will be awarded to the top 3 point earners at the end of the program. We hope you’ll join us and “Book Your Winter Reading Getaway” this winter! For more information, call the library at 574-842-2941 or stop by the circulation desk. All CUTPL programs are open to the public and free of charge. Any questions can be directed to Reference/Adult Services Manager, Dana Thomas, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
