Saturday morning about 1:15 Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre stopped a vehicle at Center and Jefferson Streets for a traffic violation.
During the investigation Office McIntyre found that 30 year old Akeem Light of Plymouth had a driver’s license status that was suspended with prior charge for driving while suspended. Light was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $755 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
