On Friday December 2, 2016 at approximately 3:40 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on Michigan Road near 4A Road.
It was determined that the driver, 36 year old Selvin Pagoada of Plymouth was driving without ever receiving a license. He was lodged into the Marshall County Jail with a $250 cash bond.
