A Plymouth woman was arrested by County Police on Sunday after a traffic stop about 2:45 in the morning.
On December 4th an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 31 near 4A Road. It was determined that the driver, 43 year old Rachel Anderson was operating the vehicle without ever having had a license. She was arrested and lodged into the Marshall County Jail.
