mugshot_donald-kulczarOn Friday December 2, at approximately 5:20 in the morning the Marshall County 911 Centralized Dispatch Center received a call reporting a single vehicle accident.  A car crashed into a pole on 15th Road near Gumwood Road.

Argos Fire, EMS, and Police, Bourbon Police and Marshall County Police responded to the scene.

It was determined that a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee went off the south side of the road and struck an REMC utility pole. The driver, 44 year old Donald Kulczar Jr. of Argos was not injured but was determined to be intoxicated. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and OWI with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% or more.
