employee-theftA Plymouth teen was arrested for the theft of a cell phone from an employee at Arbys.

Tuesday afternoon, November 29th about 2, Plymouth Patrolman Bob DeLee was dispatched to Arby’s when a female employee discovered her phone had been taken from an area only accessible to employees.

Officer DeLee made contact with 18 year old Austin Compton at a residence in Briarwood since he had left work during the time the phone was taken.

Following a brief investigation Mr. Compton directed police to a location in the back yard where the phone was located.

Austin Compton was arrested into booked into the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Stolen Property.
