Leaf-pick-upThe Plymouth Street Department is wrapping up the curb-side leaf pick-up program this week.

While the last scheduled day was November 22nd, without the forecast of snow Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt is having his employees’ work Tuesday and Wednesday to make a final quick trip around the city.

Residents of Plymouth are reminded that if they miss the leaf-sweeping machine they will need to bag their leaves and place them at the curb for Monday and Friday pick-up until the snow flies.

The City of Plymouth does not do leaf pick up in the spring so if you wait until next year you will have to bag your leaves for clean-up.

For today and tomorrow, leaves should be raked to the curb and NOT IN THE STREET for collection by the leaf machine.
