The driver involved in an accident on Michigan Street in Argos on Saturday left the scene but was located and arrested.
About 2:30 Saturday morning, November 26, the Marshall County 911 Center received a report of a vehicle accident on Michigan Street south of Argos near the railroad tracks.
The driver fled the scene, but was later located and was identified as 22 year old Caleb Turnipseed of Denver, IN.
Turnipseed was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% or more, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
