A Mississippi man was arrested by County Police Sunday evening on multiple charges following a traffic stop on US 31 at US 6.
Officer Wozniak stopped the pick-up truck for exceeding the posted speed limit and during his investigation determined that 24 year old Jeffrey Hoda of Biloxi was Operating the vehicle Will Intoxicated on a controlled substance. Hoda was also charged with OWI Endangering, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Hoda was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $4,500 cash bond.
