On Thursday evening November 17, at approximately 8:35 an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 near King Road. It was determined that the driver, 20 year old Tyler Peden of Fort Wayne was in Possession of Marijuana. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail with a $500 cash bond.
