MugShot_Amber MillerOn Sunday morning, November 06, at approximately 10:30, the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department received a 911 emergency call of a female causing a disturbance at a residence located on the 18,000 block of 4B Road.

Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department arrived on the scene making with 23 year old Amber Miller of Walkerton.

County Officer Les McFarland believed that Miller was intoxicated and causing a problem at the residence.

She was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxicated, transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,000 cash bond.  Miller was issued a December 20th initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
