On Friday October 28, 2016 at approximately 8:30 in the evening an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 near Queen Road for a moving violation. The driver, 18 year old Andrew Weglewski Jr. of Crown Point was arrested for Illegal Possession of Alcohol and lodged into the Marshall County Jail.
His cash bond was set at $250 and he was given a December 6th initial hearing date in Marshall Superior Court II.
