MugShot_Badhrinath SugunanOn Saturday, October 22nd, at approximately 4:15 in the morning, an officer with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a 2012 Nissan Murano in the area of US 30 and Elm Road.  The stop was because the vehicle was traveling 96 miles per hour.

The driver of the vehicle, 29 year old Badhrinath Sugunan of Warsaw was found to be Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked for OWI with a BAC of .15 or more, Operating a vehicle while Intoxicated Endangering a person, and Reckless Driving.  Sugunan’s cash bond was set at $1,500.
