ArrestedPlymouth Police arrested a female from Mishawaka last Wednesday on multiple charges including Battery to a Police Officer.

About 8 p.m. October 5th city police were dispatched to a complaint of a public disturbance and battery at 805 North 4th Street.

Sergeant Joe Deisch investigated the complaint and located 27 year old Michelle A. Stanton.  Stanton was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Battery to a Police Officer, Resisting Law Enforcement and Public Intoxication.  Her bond was set at $1,500 cash and she was given an initial court date of November 1st in Marshall Superior Court II.
