On Wednesday, October 5th at approximately 8:30 in the evening, Argos police were dispatched to 316 South Michigan Street for a domestic fight at the residence.
After speaking with all parties involved, it was determined that 38 year old Kevin Brock of the Michigan Street address had battered his girlfriend.
Mr. Brock was located at the residence and taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Strangulation and Domestic Battery and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
The Argos Police Department was assisted at the scene by officers with the Marshall County Police Department and Argos EMS.
