All the communities and the citizenry of Marshall County are invited to the Torch Relay Celebration in downtown Plymouth on Tuesday afternoon October 4th.

 

The Mainstreet Program, Discover Plymouth is throwing a party and everyone is invited to come and enjoy live entertainment, food, historic sites selfie trail, and classic cars.

 

Kid’s activities for the Bicentennial Torch Relay Celebration include a coloring contest, sign up to win a Bicentennial t-shirt, and balloon artist. Adults can sign up for the drawings for Indiana Bicentennial themed baskets and the chance to win a 2016 Blueberry Festival Picnic Basket.

 

Everyone should take time to stop by the “Indiana Mobile Experience” on Garro Street, next to the Marshall County Visitor’s Bureau from 3:00 – 7:00.

Discover Plymouth is also asking everyone to be a part of the community group picture at 6:00 p.m. on Michigan Street.

 

Visitors can also check out Marshall County’s award winning Museum. The Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs will also have an informational booth.

 

All activities will take place inside the Museum if it rains.
