Monday afternoon Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 36 year old Jessica Gearhart of Bourbon at Martin’s Supermarket.
Gearhart was arrested for theft and found to be in possession of a legend drug.
Jessica Gearhart was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond and given an October 25th court date.
