Monday (9/26/16) afternoon about 3:30 city officer Matt Emenhiser was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department for a client who failed a drug screen. 45 year old Mark A. Tusing of Nappanee was arrested for the probation violation and booked into the county jail on a $500 cash bond and a Failure to Appear charge with a $390 bond.
