Arrested

On Monday (9-26-16) afternoon at 3, Plymouth Police units were dispatched to 300 Water Street in reference to an out of control subject. The dispatch center was told the male was destroying the apartment and attempting to gain access to a weapon.

Officer Ray West located 28 year old Justin Stewart of the 300 Water Street address. As the officer attempted to take Justin into custody for a mental health evaluation he resisted. Steward kicked Officer West and attempted to punch him. He also spit on officers while being taken into custody.

Justin Stewart was taken into custody without any one being injured, and he was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for charges of Battery against a public official, Battery to a law enforcement office and Resisting law enforcement. His cash bond was set at $1,500.
