MugShot_James BoneAbout 3 a.m. Saturday, September 24th, Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak located a male subject lying in the grass next to a tree on 9B Road near Ancilla College.

The 20 year old male subject, James Bone of Knox was found to be under the influence of alcohol.   He was taken to the Marshall County Jail for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol and held on a $255 cash bond.
