24 year old Jonathan Porter of Walkerton was arrested Wednesday night about 11:30 by Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller.
Officer Miller conducted a traffic stop near Michigan and 8th Streets about 11:30 September 21st and Porter was arrested for Operator Never Licensed. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond.
