On Thursday, September 15th the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a complaint of suspicious activity in the parking lot of McDonalds in LaPaz. The caller reported a female was sitting in her vehicle “huffing” Duster.
LaPaz police responded to this location and located 45 year old Delaina Yeager of Plymouth. Yeager was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Glue Sniffing. She was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail with a bond of $1005.00.
