1st Source Bank announces that James “Sam” Erwin, owner of Superb Horticulture and the Pickin’ Patch, is one of ten recipients of the 1st Source Bank Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award.
Ewrin was recognized at a luncheon recently along with the other award recipients, who are all employees of 1st Source business clients. The recipients were recognized for their volunteer leadership in the community.
Erwin is a champion for young people in the community through his volunteer service with CASA of Marshall County. He has also been an active volunteer and leader with other organizations, including the Marshall County Community Foundation, Encore Performing Arts and the Marshall County Historical Society.
Erwin and other award recipients each received a personal cash award, a donation to the charity of their choice and a globe of leadership.
