23 year old Brandon Santana of Nappanee was arrested Saturday (9/10/16) night about 10:20 after being stopped by a County Police Officer on Michigan Road near U.S. 30.
Santana was determined to be intoxicated and was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle With a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% or more.
