A traffic stop early Saturday morning resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth man.
Just before 2 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call of a possibly impaired driver on U.S. 31 near 11th Road. The county officer attempted to stop the vehicle that took off briefly before crashing into an area of standing water on Timber Lane.
The driver, 27 year old Andres Rosas was subsequently arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a person, Operating While intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% or more, Driving While Suspended with a prior charge and Resisting Law Enforcement with a vehicle.
He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
