The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety meeting begins Monday evening at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
Agenda for the meeting includes consideration of the Street and Sidewalk fall projects and a request by Comcast for CATV at 865 Jefferson Street. The Board of Works members will consider resolutions stetting the date and time for Halloween Trick or Treat, write off delinquent and uncollectable water, wastewater, garbage and storm-water bills. There is also a resolution to adopt a commercial driver’s license training reimbursement agreement.
In other business the Board of Public Works will consider the request of the Torch Relay Committee to close East Garro Street while Brian Montgomery will request a sidewalk variance.
The Common Council has a huge agenda with a public hearing for additional appropriations, an ordinance amendment for the personal policy, and another one for prepayment of certain claims.
Also on the agenda are resolutions adding projects to TIF District # 3 and a resolution creating a 4th TIF District in the South Gateway.
Both meetings are open to the public while comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
