Last night the Lincoln Red Storm hosted the Indian Springs Stars. The Red Storm took a close game one 25-23. The second game got off to rough start, but after a comeback run the Stars won 25-15. In game three it was point for point until Lincoln went on a strong serving run to finish out the game 15-6 and pick up a huge team win. The ladies are in action again tonight at home against LaPorte Kesling at 5:30pm.
Last night the 7th grade volleyball team took on Indian Springs and won in three games (25-14,16-25,15-7). The first game the girls came out stronger than they have all season and played like a team. They knew their rotations perfectly, they communicated well, and they encouraged each other all the way through. The second game the girls did well but had some difficulty communicating and breaking a series of serves from Indian Springs. The third game the girls came out ready to win and were enthusiastic about getting the job done! The girls play an away game tonight against Laporte Kesling.
