A Marshall County Police Officer working the OWI Task Force on Wednesday night arrested a Fort Wayne man following a traffic stop on U.S. 30 near Queen Road.
About 10:45 Officer Laffoon stopped a vehicle after observing his erratic driving. During the traffic stop probable cause was found that the driver of the vehicle, 53 year old Randall M. Harding was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Mr. Harding was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating While Intoxicated with a prior and Operating a Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% or above with Prior. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
