On Sunday, September 4, at approximately 3:15 in the morning an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on Lincoln Highway near McQueen Place.

 

During the investigation it was determined that the driver, 37 year old Catherine Capron of Plymouth was impaired and in possession of marijuana. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.

 

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
