About 11 o’clock Tuesday night, Plymouth Police Officer Wally Derifield responded to 1206 North Walnut Street for a domestic. As a result of that call, 25 year old Marshon Smith of South Bend was arrested for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child under 16. He was booked into the County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
