Dollar General logoThe Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the request of Pilgrim Capital for a variance of use to change the use from residential to commercial for a new Dollar General just south of Pratt’s Floor Covering on Oak Drive.

 

The project will also need a variance of development standard to build the commercial building with a 5 foot north side-yard setback, 30 foot front-yard setback and a 7 foot buffer yard setback.

 

Also on the agenda are variance requests for Tim and Marcia Harris at 1300 North Michigan Street for fences and a second to build a portable storage with a 5 foot front-yard setback.

 

The City of Plymouth will also be seeking a variance to install 3 city gateway signs in the right-of-way at 1201 East Jefferson, 1915 Lake Avenue and 11940 Lincolnway East.


The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeal meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 6th at 7:30 p.m. In the Council Chambers of City Hall.
