Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 23 year old Dominic T. Pierce of Macy on August 23rd. Pierce was stopped at Jackson Heights Road and Bayless for Operating Without a License.
He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
