During the investigation it was determine the driver, 30 year old Frank Gonzales of South Bend was impaired. Gonzales was transported for a certified test and later lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Cocaine 10 grams or more, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, and False Informing.
