owi-arrestPlymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop Saturday evening about 7:45 on a vehicle doing a U-turn near Michigan and Washington Streets in downtown Plymouth.

After speaking with 45 year old Robert Bergmoser of Plymouth Officer Weir was able to determine that he was intoxicated.

Bergmoser was taken for a chemical test and then incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and held on a $4,000 cash bond.
