The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is now offering on-line visitation. Our county jail is the first beta testing facility in the State of Indiana for remote tablet visitation.
Family and friends can now visit with an inmate in the Marshall County Jail using their home computer and even some smart phones or tablets using a new website https://www.gettingout.com/schedule-a-visit/.
The new service is fast, easy to use, and only costs $.15 cents per minute as a promotional price which is subject to change. This rate is cheaper than the current phone rates. Visits are scheduled in 15 or 30 minute blocks, but users will only be charged for the time they actually use.
While online visitation my work for some, the Marshall County Jail will still offer the free, video visitation at the jail facility.
